Job summary

The Arc Prince George's County is seeking a part-time Driver to transport program participants to day programs and work sites under the Transportation Director's supervision. Shifts run Mon-Fri with early morning and late afternoon hours (6:30am–9:30am and 2:30pm–5:30pm).

Responsibilities include safe operation of the vehicle, ensuring passengers and equipment are secure, keeping the vehicle clean, and reporting any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with at least two years driving experience and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle safely and secure passengers and equipment at all times.
• Ensure someone is home to receive passengers before release.
• Obey traffic safety rules at all times.
• Lock doors and raise windows after shifts.
• Keep vehicle clean and report issues to supervisor.
• Shuttle vehicle to repairs as needed.
