Job summary

Horizon Land Company is seeking a Part-Time Community Manager in Hagerstown, MD to oversee daily operations of a 121-site manufactured home community. The role blends office admin with property management, including rent collection, inspections, and enforcing community standards.

We value a self-motivated, organized professional who communicates well with residents and staff, and who can balance resident service with operational duties. Part-time hours do not exceed 29 per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with applicable Fair Housing laws within the assigned state and county.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident relations and day-to-day community operations.
• Process leases and applicant information, and enter data into Rent Manager.
• Collect rent and issue notices, with attention to timely deposits and records.
• Oversee property maintenance and enforce park rules and standards.
• Serve as onsite liaison between residents and management and address concerns.
