Job summary

Commonwealth in McMinnville, OR, is seeking a part-time Community Manager to oversee a manufactured housing community. This 28-hour-per-week role requires hands-on office work and field maintenance coordination, with no housing provided.

You will collect rents, enforce rules, manage administrative duties, and supervise general maintenance alongside our onsite team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential to keep reports and records up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in property/real estate management preferred.
• Must have Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• RENT COLLECTION: Collect and deposit rents and fees the day they are due; issue late notices; attend eviction proceedings if necessary.
• RENTAL AGREEMENT AND RULES & REGULATIONS ENFORCEMENT: Enforce terms of rental agreements and facility rules; supervise placement of RVs and manufactured homes; ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES: Prepare monthly manager's report; maintain tenant files; review applications; promote and rent vacant spaces; maintain vendor lists and records.
• FACILITY MAINTENANCE: Oversee maintenance of common areas; coordinate with service contracts; ensure safety and upkeep of facilities and equipment.
