Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the Social Service field or related area.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle are required.
• Ability to travel between properties and for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of service plans and programs at properties.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and timely reporting.
• Assess resident needs and facilitate access to services.
• Educate residents on lease obligations for better tenancy.
• Address issues related to rental delinquency and property damage.
