Job summary

Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa is seeking a part-time Limited Term Community Health Worker to assist with health division projects at the Red Cliff Community Health Center. The role focuses on gaining exposure to rural, tribal healthcare through diverse tasks and community health activities.

You will handle data collection, confidentiality, and participate in meetings, with duties that may evolve to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma, HSED or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and liability insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Community Health activities and data collection for the Community Health Improvement Plan.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect patient privacy in clinic areas.
• Attend staff meetings and in-services as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinic environment and report issues to staff.
• Duties may change based on organizational needs.
