City of Woodstock, Illinois is seeking a Special Events Supervisor to assist in planning, supervising, and preparing community and special events under the guidance of the Community Outreach, Arts & Special Events Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year in recreation, and certifications like First-Aid/CPR/AED within 90 days. A valid IL driver’s license and age 18+ are preferred; the position is part-time and hourly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent with 1 year recreation field experience.
• Knowledge or background of event programming.
• Preferred 18 years of age and older.
• Valid Illinois driver's license with a good driving record.
• First-Aid, CPR, and AED certifications are required within 90 days and must be maintained.
