Job summary

Kimberton Whole Foods seeks a dedicated, part-time Events & Marketing Assistant to be the public face of the company across Berks, Bucks, Chester, and Montgomery counties. The role supports event prep and outreach materials, helping to share our story and engage with the community.

Availability must include weekdays, evenings, and weekends; willing to travel between KWF communities. Must be 18 or older. Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Engage attendees at community and store events, and other outreach opportunities in meaningful conversations about KWF's products, history, values, programs, and community impact.
• Answer questions and serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers and community members.
• Arrive prepared and on time for all events, demonstrating strong organization, time management, and the ability to work independently.
• Set up and maintain an attractive and welcoming event space, including tents, tables, signage, and displays, while adhering to all event requirements and representing KWF professionally.
• Take photos at community events and other outreach activities to help document KWF's community engagement efforts.
