Hunter Wellness Center in Warrensville Heights, OH is seeking a friendly, goal-driven Community Event Representative to work 10–20 hours per week in the field during evenings and weekends. You will be the face of the practice at health fairs, screenings, and lunch-and-learns, turning conversations into appointments.

You will engage with the public, run screenings, book new patient visits on-site, collect deposits, and build relationships with community partners.

• Confident with approaching strangers and presenting value of screenings.
• Professional, dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willing to learn procedures and patient engagement scripts.
• Comfort with email, basic tech, and tracking systems.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Availability for evening and weekend events.

Mansioni

• Represent the practice at community events, with or without doctors.
• Start conversations, identify prospects, and explain the value of spinal screenings.
• Run thermal scanner screenings and discuss results using scripts.
• Book new patient appointments on-site and collect deposits.
• Build relationships with community members and referral partners.
• Set up and break down event materials and transport equipment.
• Coordinate with hosts, vendors, and restaurant staff.
• Support lunch-and-learn events: keep the agenda on track and schedule appointments.
• Report event results, leads, and referrals promptly.
• Send thank-you notes and help secure future events.
• Capture photos/videos for marketing and training.
• Attend team meetings and assist with in-office events.
