Job summary

Greater Good Health is seeking a Part Time Event Coordinator Contractor to join our patient-centered outreach team in Great Falls, MT. You will plan and execute community events at the outpatient clinic and in the surrounding area, focusing on building relationships with local insurers and community partners.

The role requires 20-25 hours per week, mainly Tuesdays and Thursdays, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in community outreach or event coordination.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry or working with senior care facilities.
• Experience with social media management is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local insurance agents and community organizations to raise awareness of GGH and encourage referrals.
• Host community room events in the clinic, manage day-of logistics and setup.
• Represent GGH at local events as on-site contact.
• Track and report community engagement activity to support outreach strategy.
• Manage promotional materials at events to maintain visibility.
• Coordinate events and logistics from setup to breakdown.
