Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne is seeking a part-time Gym Leader at the Renaissance Pointe YMCA in Fort Wayne, IN. You’ll oversee court safety, create a welcoming atmosphere, and lead staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write reports and interpret a variety of instructions.

Responsibilities

• Connect: Create a welcoming atmosphere on the courts.
• Serve: Conduct regular safety tours and monitor activities for safety, cleanliness, and policy adherence.
• Lead: Ensure staff report to work on schedule, are in uniform, and perform duties; address issues with supervisor.
