Roots is seeking a part-time Social / Community Coordinator to own our digital front door—captions, scheduling, and DMs. You’ll be the warm, human voice people first encounter, ensuring every message feels like a welcome rather than a transaction.

You’ll manage replies, craft captions in Roots' warm voice across platforms, and own the content calendar. You’ll work with community volunteers and help convert online interactions into in-person participation at events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing social media DMs and online inquiries.
• Ability to craft warm, human responses aligned with Roots' voice.
• Experience planning and maintaining a content calendar.
• Familiar with scheduling tools and posting across platforms.
