Responsibilities

• Empty trash cans as scheduled and clean windows, walls, floors, stairs, and carpets.
• Maintain exterior grounds by picking up litter and keeping trash areas clean.
• Assist maintenance staff with landscaping: sweep sidewalks, rake, plant flowers, install mulch.
• Clean vacant apartments on turnover.
• Replace smoke/co batteries and light bulbs; assist with minor deficiencies.
• Assist in snow removal and be available for weather-related cleanup.
