Job summary

HOAMCO in Sedona, AZ, is seeking a Dedicated Association Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of a community, reporting to the Regional Director of Management Services. You will manage on-site staff, budgets, compliance, and board communications to ensure high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Association Board, handling finances and contracts, and maintaining records and reports.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Management experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations for common interest communities.
• Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Association Board of Directors.
• Facilitate long-term planning and attend Association meetings.
• Oversee on-site personnel management, training, and evaluation.
• Prepare annual budgets for Board review and manage financial reports.
• Oversee vendor management and contract compliance.
• Ensure records, newsletters, and reports are produced timely.
