Strategic Asset Services, LLC (SAS) seeks a Commercial Property Inspector to perform on-site property inspections and reporting from a home-based setup across a broad territory. You will coordinate with clients, schedule visits, and conduct thorough visual assessments of exteriors, interiors, and mechanical areas.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and computer skills, access to personal equipment, and reliable transportation to cover a wide territory, including roofs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to quickly and efficiently meet hard deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Able to assess physical condition of a property.
• Prepare clear and concise inspection reports.
• Strong computer, typing, and internet skills.
• Own a PC-based computer with Windows 10 or newer.
• Access to Excel and Word (2013+).
• Be a self-starter with minimal motivation needed.
• Stay on top of assignments, avoid last-minute crunches.
• Follow directions and instructions carefully.
• Be detail-oriented and well-organized with a flexible schedule.
• Available to work at least two full days per week.
• Able to climb fixed vertical ladders.
• Have reliable car to cover wide territory.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with clients via email or phone.
• Complete physical inspections of properties within an assigned territory.
• Take digital photos of properties using camera, phone, or tablet.
• Type and insert photos into reports via company site or Excel/Word.
• Attend trainings or meetings as required.
• Follow all company policies, procedures and ethics codes.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
