Job summary

Ecobrite Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Janitor to support building services in Raleigh, NC. The role involves cleaning, floor care, and maintaining a safe, sanitary environment across a single site. You will follow schedules with management, handle a range of duties, and complete required trainings.

Applicants must be at least 18 and able to clear federal and DMV background checks. Typical shifts include afternoon and other times; pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.00 per hour,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial or institutional cleaning is an asset.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Effective communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; empty waste receptacles; clean and sanitize desks, surfaces, restrooms; restock supplies.
• Floor Maintenance: Strip, wax, buff floors; shampoo carpets; remove stains.
• Specialized Cleaning: Clean high-touch surfaces; use cleaning agents appropriately; operate floor scrubbers and carpet extractors.
• Safety and Compliance: Complete trainings; follow safety guidelines; report maintenance needs; comply with security policies.
