U.S. Bank is seeking a part-time Equipment Finance Client Support specialist in Marshall, MN. You will help commercial clients with administrative tasks, invoice processing, and customer inquiries, contributing to accurate records and timely service.

The position offers flexible scheduling with no weekend requirements, exposure to Commercial Banking operations, and a collaborative team environment. Location is Marshall with three days on-site per week.

• Support commercial clients and customers through administrative and operational activities.
• Download, organize, and distribute invoices to customers.

• Partner with team members to ensure timely client support.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as business needs evolve.

Location : 3 days in Marshall

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of experience in financial services industry

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven customer service and problem resolution skills
• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
• Basic knowledge of departmental and bank products and services

Location ExpectationsThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
