• Ability to work collaboratively with coaching staff, student-athletes, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and conducting tennis practices and team workouts.
• Instruct student-athletes on sport fundamentals, skills development, tactics, strategy, and safety.
• Support preparation of the team for competitions, including game-day activities and player evaluations.
• Recruit qualified student-athletes and coordinate campus visits and communications with admissions and compliance.
• Assist with travel logistics, equipment management, and fundraising activities while ensuring policy compliance.
