Qualifications

• 3–5 years in college counseling.
• Experience with students from diverse backgrounds, especially first-generation.
• Experience with community-based organizations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct College Access workshops for high school Littles, Bigs, and families.
• Provide one-on-one counseling on college applications and decisions.
• Email communications with students, parents, mentors, and program managers.
