Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders at the walk-up window
• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, drip coffee and beverages
• Operate the POS system and process payments accurately
• Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked
• Provide product knowledge about coffee varieties and brewing methods
• Support closing duties: cleaning, restocking, inventory rotation, and shop closing
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations
