Job summary

The Human Bean in Canby, Oregon is hiring a part-time Barista to deliver a friendly, fast, and accurate coffee experience at the drive-thru window. You will prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, engage customers with a warm, helpful attitude, and support daily store operations.

Ideal candidates are punctual, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.
• Engage with and understand our customers through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes.

Responsibilities

• Support training initiatives.
• Manage daily tasks and linebusting to speed the customer experience.
