Job summary

Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is seeking a part-time Beverage Cocktail Server to provide drink service at the outlet/bar, ensuring guests are served and alcohol procedures are followed. You will report to the Beverage Shift Manager and support a fast-paced service environment with friendly, attentive service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, inputting into the POS system, delivering beverages, maintaining station cleanliness, checking IDs, and assisting with promotions.

Qualifications

• ABLE Certification or equivalent required.
• Read, write and understand simple instructions.
• 1-3 months of education/experience equivalent.
• Requires basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• You will greet guests and explain all special promotions.
• Take orders, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested; requires memorization of all available drinks.
• Input orders into point-of-sale system to inform bartender an order was placed.
• Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guest to inquire about satisfaction.
• You will deliver beverage to patrons while ensuring payment.
• Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of Guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray.
• Confirm age compliance by checking the identification of any individual ordering alcoholic beverages.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned
