Job summary

Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma invites applications for a Part-Time Beverage Cocktail Server. Starting rate is $5 an hour plus tips, with variable hours.

You will provide drink service in the outlet/bar, ensuring guests are served and alcohol procedures are followed, reporting to the Beverage Shift Manager. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, inputting into the POS, replenishing drinks, delivering beverages, maintaining cleanliness, verifying IDs, and performing additional tasks

Qualifications

• ABLE Certification required or obtainable.
• Read, write and understand simple instructions.
• 1–3 months of education/experience or equivalent.
• Requires basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain all promotions.
• Take orders, recite call and premium brands as requested; memorize drinks.
• Input orders into POS to notify bartender.
• Replenish beverages; check guest satisfaction.
• Deliver beverages to patrons and process payments.
• Maintain setup and cleanliness of service station before/during/after shift.
• Keep guest areas clean, remove empties, clean ashtrays.
• Verify age compliance by checking IDs for alcohol orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
