Job summary

Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Beverage Cocktail Server position is part-time with starting rate $5 an hour plus tips. Responsible for providing drink service in the outlet/bar while ensuring guests are served and following alcohol dispensing procedures. Reports to the Beverage Shift Manager.

Primary tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, inputting into POS, replenishing beverages, delivering to patrons, maintaining cleanliness and setup, checking IDs, and performing other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Able to obtain and maintain ABLE Certification.
• Read, write and understand simple instructions.
• 1–3 months of education/experience.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain all special promotions.
• Take orders, recite selection of all call and premium brands as requested; memorize all available drinks.
• Input orders into point-of-sale system to inform bartender an order was placed.
• Replenish beverages as requested, checking back with guests to inquire about satisfaction.
• Deliver beverages to patrons while ensuring payment.
• Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray.
• Confirm age compliance by checking the identification of any individual ordering alcoholic beverages.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned
