Job summary

Westport, CT – Southern Tide, LLC is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support daily store operations and drive sales while upholding our brand standards. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and assist with fitting decisions to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required, and you will contribute to maintaining a sunny, team‑oriented store atmosphere in a coastal lifestyle brand environment.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of retail experience
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist daily sales in the Southern Tide retail store and provide exceptional customer experience.
• Build and cultivate relationships with customers and reinforce brand positioning.
• Maintain store appearance and contribute ideas to grow the business.
