Encourage student athletes to succeed on the field and academically and to graduate.
Relate discipline on the field to real-life decisions and staying positive and focused.
Recruit student athletes to attend LSC and work with a diverse student population while inspiring continued education.
Perform other reasonable, related duties as assigned.
