Job summary

Valley of the Sun Homecare in Phoenix is seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs for part-time, in-home care with flexible scheduling and regular shift opportunities.

Caregivers will provide one-on-one assistance to clients, travel to homes within the Phoenix area, and join an experienced team that has served local families for years.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Caregiving experience (6 months minimum) preferred.
• TB clearance required.
• CPR & First Aid certification required.
• Arizona driver’s license required.
• Car insurance required.
• Ability to speak/read/write English clearly.
• Reliable transportation to clients’ homes.
• Willingness to travel 20+ miles each way to clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to clients on a one-to-one basis.
• Travel to client homes within the Phoenix area for scheduled shifts.
• Support clients with daily activities and health-related tasks as directed.

Part-Time Availability

Candidates must be able to workat least 20 hours per week.

You must also be willing to workevery other Saturday OR Sundayand have availability forat least ONEof the following schedules:

• Morning Shifts:7:00 AM-12:00 PM, at least5 days per week
• Day Shifts:7:00 AM-5:00 PM, at least3 days per week
• Evening Shifts:2:00 PM-1:00 AM, at least5 days per week
• Overnight Shifts:7:00 PM-7:00 AM, at least3 nights per week
• Weekend Shifts:At least8 hours Saturday AND 8 hours Sunday

Have additional availability? Great!Flexible caregivers often have access to more shift opportunities and regular clients.

What We’re Looking For

To join our team, you’ll need:

• CurrentCNA certification
• At least6 months of caregiving experience, personal or professional
• CurrentTB clearance
• CurrentCPR & First Aid certification
• ValidArizona driver’s license
• Currentcar insurance
• Ability tospeak, read, and write English clearly
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel20+ miles each wayto clients’ homes

Phoenix-Area Opportunities

Our clients are located throughoutPhoenix and surrounding communities. Caregivers who are willing to travel farther have access to a larger variety of shifts.
