Job summary

CommuniCare Health is seeking a Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team at Rolling Hills Healthcare Center in New Albany, IN. This position offers competitive wages of up to $21.50, with premium options for weekend work.

Responsibilities include providing personal and nursing care as per resident care plans and fostering a dignified environment for residents. The ideal candidate will have completed a Nurse Aide Training Program or be eligible to do so shortly upon hire.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to graduate within 120 days.
• An understanding of resident care procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plan.
• Monitor & respond to resident requests and needs.
• Facilitate activities and maintain a clean environment.

Skills

Understanding of resident care procedures

Ability to make independent decisions

Education
