Job summary

Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute in Golden Valley, part of Allina Health, seeks a Nursing Assistant for the Transitional Rehabilitation Program. The selected candidate will work under RN supervision in a skilled nursing setting focusing on neurological rehab for stroke, SCI, or TBI patients.

This 0.8 FTE role offers 8-hour day/evening shifts, every-other-weekend rotation, and pays $20.43–$26.66 per hour with union considerations. A strong CNA credential and BLS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification on MN Registry

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of patient care under RN supervision
• Perform personal care tasks including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Collect and document vital signs and health observations
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, positioning and ROM
• Respond to patient call lights promptly and support fall-prevention plan
• Prepare meals, hydration, and trays; transport medications within site as needed
