Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support transitional rehabilitation patients in a skilled nursing setting. Under RN supervision, you will assist with basic care, vital signs, and patient comfort, while ensuring safety and dignity.

Requires active MN CNA registration and BLS certification, with a focus on neurorehabilitation care. The role is on-site with evening shift patterns, weekend rotation every other weekend, and a pay range reflecting union negotiations.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry.
• BLS Tier 1-Basic Life Support-Multisource.

Responsibilities

• Assists in delivery of patient care under RN supervision.
• Performs personal care tasks: feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Collects and documents vital signs and observations.
• Answers call lights promptly and assists with mobility, transfers, and ROM.
• Maintains skin integrity and supports fall-prevention plan.
