Job summary

Cedarfield is seeking a Part-Time CNA/RMA to provide routine resident services including medication administration, ADL assistance, and documentation. This role requires Virginia CNA and RMA licensure, CPR/AED, and completion of a medication training program with insulin module.

The position includes rotating shifts and weekends, with a focus on resident independence and participation in community activities.

Qualifications

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of common medical processes and treatments.
• Familiarity with medication administration rights and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand residents' rights regarding medications and confidentiality.
• Identify emergencies and respond appropriately.
• Review medications and Doctor’s orders; document care.
• Assist residents with ADLs and activities of daily living.
• Document care provided in medical records and maintain HIPAA compliance.
