Qualifications

• Valid PA RN or LPN license.
• Two years of nursing experience with at least one year in a long-term care facility.
• Teaching-the-Educator Workshop Completion Certificate.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must comply with PA Act 15 clearances and trainings at hire.
• Copies of certifications/licenses provided at hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction for Nurse Aide (CNA) training programs for RN/LPN students.
• Develop lesson plans, skills labs, and clinical instruction aligned with state requirements.
• Teach patient care skills, safety, infection control, and basic nursing procedures.
• Supervise and evaluate students in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and training records.
• Prepare students for state competency exams and certification.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and program standards.
• Promote a safe, supportive learning environment.
