Eventide Home Healthcare in Lincoln, NE is seeking a part-time Home Health Aide (CNA) to support clients in Grand Island and Kearney. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care, and communicating with the nursing team.

Ideal candidates hold a Nebraska CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, with CPR training and vaccination compliance required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English including medical terminology.
• Ability to drive and safely perform duties with standard equipment; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care in clients' homes or facilities per care plan.
• Identify teaching needs and coordinate with nurse.
• Monitor equipment use per plan of care and document observations.
• Provide emotional support to clients and families.
• Observe changes in condition and report to nurse or supervisor.
