Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care - Bellevue is seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs, or HCAs to join our team in Bellevue. Immediate hire for part-time hours with a valid licensed driver.

You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, mobility, and transportation to appointments. We offer flexible hours, health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, and training.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA certification in the state of Washington.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.
• U.S. work authorization is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Actikare Responsive In Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), or HCAs (Home Care Aides) with experience caring for seniors to join our award-winning team. Caregiver Compensation and Benefits:

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements:

• ActiveCNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
• Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
