Job summary

Beaufont Health & Rehab Center is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team for part-time day shifts. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support mobility while working closely with a dedicated healthcare team.

The ideal candidate holds an Active Virginia CNA license, demonstrates strong communication and teamwork, and prioritizes resident dignity. Prior long-term care experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia CNA license and current certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate, resident-focused caregiving approach.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition.
• Provide compassionate care while promoting resident dignity and independence.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
