Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving for older adults preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Desire to work with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and emotional support per individual care plans.
• Assist with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, medication reminders.
• Respond promptly to resident needs day or night.
• Build relationships with residents and families based on trust.
• Escort residents to meals and activities and encourage social engagement.
• Document changes and report to wellness leadership.
• Assist dining, light housekeeping, laundry, and daily comforts.
• Uphold resident rights, dignity, independence, and safety.
