St. Croix Health is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to support the Med/Surg team under RN supervision. The role involves assisting patients with ADLs, vital signs, and basic care tasks, while promoting dignity and safety on every shift.

The position requires WI Nurse Aide registry, BLS certification, and strong communication skills. It includes day shifts, weekend/holiday rotation, and a comprehensive benefits package in a not-for-profit health system serving the St. Croix Valley.

Qualifications

• Current WI Nurse Aide registry required.
• Current BLS Certification (ANSI/ACLS acceptable).
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, mobility).
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to RN promptly.
• Support with basic procedures and equipment under RN direction.
• Maintain clean, safe patient rooms and restock supplies.
• Communicate effectively with care team and patients.
