Job summary

Sunrise Post Acute is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in daily living activities and provide compassionate, high-quality care. The CNA will collaborate with nurses and the care team to maintain residents' dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities include ADLs assistance, vital signs, mobility support, and accurate documentation. California CNA certification is required; new CNAs are welcome to apply in a team-oriented, supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA Certification required.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude.
• New CNAs encouraged to apply; experience in Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions.
• Assist with meal service and hydration.
• Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
