Qualifications

• Active CNA and/or CMA certification in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Administer medications accurately, maintain precise records, and use Yardi EHR.
• Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to implement resident care plans and follow protocols.
• Support a close-knit team and build positive relationships with residents and families.
