Job summary

The Heritage at Sterling Ridge, part of Heritage Communities, is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide compassionate resident care and accurately administer medications in a supportive team setting.

You will work with licensed staff to implement care plans, maintain records in Yardi EMR, and cultivate positive relationships with residents and families in a senior living community.

What You’ll Do:

As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you’ll play a hands‑on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Administering medications accurately, maintaining precise records, and utilizing our electronic health records system (Yardi).
• Working closely with licensed nursing staff, to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols.
• Collaborating with a supportive, tight‑knit team.
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members .

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• An active state-required CMA certification.
• A heart for helping others and a desire to grow in healthcare.
• A positive, team‑oriented mindset.
• The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
