Morningside House of Laurel in Laurel, MD is hiring caring, dependable Caregivers to join our assisted living and memory care team. This part-time AM/PM role supports residents with daily activities, promotes independence, and helps create a warm, respectful environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• CNA or CHHA certification may be required depending on the position.
• Genuine passion for helping seniors.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, and other daily activities.
• Encouraging independence while preserving residents' dignity.
• Building meaningful relationships and providing emotional support.
• Following individualized resident care plans and schedules.
• Communicating changes or concerns to the Health & Wellness team.
• Documenting care and assistance provided.
