Job summary

Gateway Post Acute in Porterville, CA is seeking part-time Certified Nursing Assistants to provide routine daily care to residents across all shifts (AM/PM/NOC). You will assist with ADLs, document care, and help ensure comfort and safety in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care to residents, including ADLs.
• Document care provided in flow sheets and EMR.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and participate in shift reports.
