Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Middletown, CT is hiring a Part Time CNA for all shifts with an every-other-weekend rotation. Starting hourly rate is $19.25, with benefits and a supportive team in a warm, home-like setting.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and provide compassionate support in a community focused on quality of life and respectful care. No relocation required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
