Job summary

Gundersen Harmony Care Center in Harmony, MN is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while supporting a family-based care environment.

If you do not have CNA certification, we will pay for your training and can start you as a Nursing Assistant. PM shifts and weekend coverage are included; base pay starts at $22.60/hour with opportunities for experience-based increases.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
• If you do not have CNA certification, we will pay for it and can start you as a Nursing Assistant.
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (hands-on) from AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Work PM shifts including every other weekend and holiday.
• Part-time – 32 hours per week.
• Nurture a family-based care environment by learning about each person and serving their needs.
• The CNA performs basic patient care under RN supervision in the acute hospital setting.
• Transport and transfer patients safely within the medical complex and assist with data collection for delegated nursing care.
• Work under supervision of a licensed Nurse and document residents in an EMR.
