Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Designated Nursing Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant (DNA/CNA) to provide direct, hands-on care in our skilled nursing community. You will work on individualized care plans, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with licensed nurses on restorative programs.

The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and quality of life for residents, with opportunities for growth and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification per state regulations.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or senior care preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and peak service times.

Responsabilités

• Deliver care based on Individualized Service Plans (ISP).

• Obtain and report vital signs, intake, and changes in condition.
• Partner with licensed nurses on restorative and care planning programs.
• Support fall prevention, skin care, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and restorative records.
• Respond promptly to resident, family, and visitor concerns.
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety guidelines at all times.

17.30 - 21.70
