Job summary

The Container Store is seeking a Part-Time Retail Employee / Project Specialist to welcome customers, upsell solutions, and process curbside or in-store orders while maintaining the sales floor. This role emphasizes customer experience and engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with checkout, enrollments in rewards, stockroom organization, and ensuring brand standards. Weekend availability and flexibility are required for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Enjoys engaging with people and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets customers at the store entrance and throughout the store.
• Connects with customers to suggest storage and organization solutions.
• Designs and sells custom closets and other storage options.
• Assists at checkout to provide a great customer experience.
• Enrolls customers in the rewards program.
• Supports merchandise processing in early morning or evenings.
