Job summary

Jacent Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser in the Edgewood, NM area to cultivate relationships with in-store management and execute merchandising resets.

You will place impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks, and implement plan-o-grams as part of daily store visits. The role offers daytime hours, a predictable 8–10 hour work week, paid training, mileage and travel time reimbursement, and a cell phone allowance in a friendly, community-focused company culture.

Job description

Eligible new hires will receive a $2,950 Sign On Bonus, payable in 4 installments. The first installment of $200 will be paid after 30 days, the second installment of $500 will be paid after 90 days, the third installment of $750 will be paid after 180 days, and the final installment of $1,500 will be paid after 365 days of continuous employment. Employees must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of each payment to receive the bonus. This offer is subject to change or termination at the company's discretion. This retention bonus offer does not apply to rehires.
