Jacent Inc. seeks merchandisers to place products and build displays in local stores across Alamogordo, NM and nearby areas. The role emphasizes community presence, quick learning, and teamwork to deliver eye-catching impulse merchandising.

Eligible hires receive a $2,950 sign-on bonus paid in four installments, plus paid training and mileage reimbursement. Working hours are daytime, 16–20 hours per week, with a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• Self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Comfortable in changing environments
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role: standing 3-8hrs, lifting up to 50 lbs, crouching/bending/twisting
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Resides within 20 miles of ALAMOGORDO, NM 88310

Description du poste

Eligible new hires will receive a $2,950 Sign On Bonus, payable in 4 installments. The first installment of $200 will be paid after 30 days, the second installment of $500 will be paid after 90 days, the third installment of $750 will be paid after 180 days, and the final installment of $1,500 will be paid after 365 days of continuous employment. Employees must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of each payment to receive the bonus. This offer is subject to change or termination at the company's discretion. This retention bonus offer does not apply to rehires.
