This is a Part-Time GRANT FUNDED Technical, Clerical, Support and Maintenance position. Hours per work week are not to exceed 19 hours.

Serves as a Clinical Teaching Assistant to faculty in the Alvin College Nursing Program. Works under the supervision of a Master's or Doctoral prepared nursing faculty member. Assists nursing faculty with the supervision of students during clinical, simulation, and skills lab learning experiences. Must be flexible with ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends with the understanding available hours will be based on the needs of the program, not to exceed 19 hours per week. Must also understand a minimum number of hours is not guaranteed.
This role requires work in a clinical environment and must follow and adhere to all the health and safety requirements of the host clinical site as well as those required by Alvin Community College.
The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
