Responsibilities

• Perform clinical billing activities within WebCAMP, including review, reconciliation, and resolution of study-related charges.
• Review billing records to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Reconcile charges and payments and support closeout of billing activities.
• Direct charges to sponsors, third-party payers, or other responsible parties as needed.
• Research and resolve billing questions by reviewing study records and historical transactions.
• Communicate with clinical research staff and finance personnel to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain documentation of billing activities and reconciliations.
