Job summary

Manhattanville University is seeking a Clinical Adjunct Nursing Faculty (clinical instructor) for the School of Nursing & Health Sciences on the Manhattanville Campus. The role is part-time, contract-based, reporting to the Clinical Education Manager and Course Chair to supervise clinical nursing students and deliver learner-centered instruction.

Qualifications

• Master of Science, nursing required (MSN).
• Unencumbered RN license in NY and/or CT.
• Minimum of two (2) years recent clinical experience.
• RN License and CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical rotation for nursing students.
• Manage post conference meetings.
• Develop engaging lesson plans.
• Ensure learning resources are available.
• Provide timely formative and summative feedback.
• Apprise students of progress at mid-term and final evaluations.
• Submit student grades (midterm and final) on time.
